At Star Labs, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for all products in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Star Labs account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
